Teamwork takes centre stage.
The Mud Masters is not about crossing the finish line as an individual competitor. Instead, the focus is on team spirit. Together you overcome obstacles, motivate each other and experience unforgettable moments.
This is exactly what our colleague Gereon Ferrari, software developer at gts, confirmed:
‘Without our team, the course would only have been half as exciting. Whether it was steep walls or deep mud - we cheered each other on, supported each other and had a lot of fun. The event was a great challenge and brought us closer together as a team.’
Why we focus on team building.
Participation in events such as the Mud Masters is no coincidence - at gts we are increasingly focussing on team-building measures. Why?
