Following the success of ‘Drone4Parcel5G’, gts is involved in two new projects: ‘AI4Drone’ and ‘SIDDA’.
AI4Drone aims to solve bottlenecks in flight licences in North Rhine-Westphalia with the help of artificial intelligence and deep learning. An automated drone airline is being developed that efficiently organises drone handovers and integrates them into a multimodal logistics network.
SIDDA (Sustainable Intermodal Drone Delivery Airline), on the other hand, is focussing on creating a climate-neutral drone network that improves existing logistics systems. The aim is to promote automated B2B deliveries in sustainable business parks.
