Si applicano quindi praticamente in tutta Europa per i veicoli a motore con peso lordo pari o superiore a 3,5 tonnellate, o in Germania a partire da un peso lordo pari o superiore a 2,8 tonnellate.<\/p><p>Le norme pi\u00f9 importanti riguardano le pause necessarie e i tempi massimi di guida.<\/p><p>Ad esempio, dopo un massimo di 4,5 ore, devono essere effettuate una o pi\u00f9 pause per un totale di almeno 45 minuti. Le pause possono essere frazionate, ma solo secondo uno schema specifico.<\/p><p>Il tempo di guida giornaliero \u00e8 limitato a 9 ore, anche se pu\u00f2 essere esteso a 10 ore due volte alla settimana. Se il periodo di guida \u00e8 superiore a 9 ore, la normativa sulle interruzioni per il periodo di guida superiore a 4,5 ore si applica una seconda volta: sono quindi necessarie una o pi\u00f9 interruzioni per un totale di almeno 45 minuti nelle ultime 4,5 ore di guida.<\/p><p>Il tempo di guida settimanale \u00e8 limitato a 56 ore, per cui sono consentite solo 90 ore nell'arco di 2 settimane.<\/p><p>Il regolamento contiene anche numerose altre norme parziali e speciali, che hanno portato all'esistenza di numerosi libri sull'argomento che trattano in dettaglio i casi particolari.<\/p><p>Se invece si guida con due autisti che si alternano, la guida ininterrotta pu\u00f2 essere notevolmente prolungata.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Die Lenk- und Ruhezeitregelungen f\u00fcr Kraftfahrer sind in der\u00a0EG-Verordnung 561\/2006\u00a0geregelt.
