Ed \u00e8 esattamente quello che abbiamo fatto di recente nell'ambito della nostra Summer Dinner 2023. Per i vegetariani c'era naturalmente un'alternativa per ogni portata. Cos\u00ec la nostra serata ha avuto inizio!<\/p><p>Anche la portata intermedia \u00e8 stata notevole. Ci \u00e8 stato servito un delizioso risotto aromatizzato con mais, curry e tempura di verdure. \u00c8 seguito il piatto principale, composto da succulenta carne di manzo, fagioli, frittelle di patate e una delicata salsa di soia. Per accompagnare il pasto, abbiamo avuto la possibilit\u00e0 di gustare vini pregiati o birre rinfrescanti, a seconda delle preferenze degli ospiti.<\/p><p>Come tutti sappiamo, il meglio viene lasciato per ultimo. Il dessert \u00e8 stato il piatto forte della serata per molti di noi. Ci sono stati serviti lamponi, latticello, paprika e sesamo. Sesamo e paprika? S\u00ec, avete sentito bene! All'inizio alcuni di noi erano scettici. Il team dell'angolo cottura Yannick Bey \u00e8 stato molto attento e ha fatto in modo che non ci mancasse nulla per tutta la serata.<\/p><p>Anche il tempo \u00e8 stato clemente quella sera. Grazie alle temperature miti, abbiamo potuto utilizzare l'area di cottura esterna e goderci la cena all'aperto. Nel complesso, \u00e8 stata una serata molto rilassata con buon cibo, bevande deliziose e molte conversazioni.
