Insieme all'Istituto Fraunhofer per l'ingegneria industriale (IAO) e a Werkst\u00e4tten Esslingen-Kirchheim gGmbH (WEK), gts ha lanciato <\/strong>InkluServ<\/strong><\/a> nel 2019. Il progetto dovrebbe consentire agli autisti disabili di partecipare alla vita lavorativa senza supervisione. Entro la fine del 2022, InkluServ sar\u00e0 completamente implementato e fornir\u00e0 risultati solidi che attireranno persino i primi imitatori.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

I Werkst\u00e4tten Esslingen-Kirchheim volevano ampliare il servizio di consegna del loro bar e supermercato inclusivo, in modo che i dipendenti gravemente disabili potessero fare esperienza anche al di fuori dell'ambito assistenziale. Su richiesta di WEK, gts ha rivisto l'interfaccia utente dell'app TransIT per guidare gli autisti delle consegne attraverso gli ordini nel dettaglio. Nel corso di questo lavoro \u00e8 stato creato anche un indice di carico come linea guida per la pianificazione del percorso. Determina il rapporto tra i requisiti dell'ordine e la costituzione fisica e mentale del fattorino. In questo modo il tour planner pu\u00f2 individuare facilmente il lavoro adatto al rispettivo dipendente. Di conseguenza, il progetto non solo ha migliorato la portata e il servizio di WEK, ma funge anche da importante pietra miliare per progetti simili. Con il completamento di InkluServ alla fine del 2022, ci sono gi\u00e0 due parti interessate al sistema di assistenza avanzato.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
