The transport of samples to the laboratory must fulfil one criterion above all: Speed. Often the order is on call, so that hospitals and doctors' surgeries are only approached if they confirm their need in advance. For the laboratories, this means a high proportion of on-call customers who have to be integrated into the route plan - in addition to the fixed customers who are called on daily. There is a high communication effort: the order is usually received by telephone. With a large number of call-off customers, this takes a lot of time. The drivers have to be informed on the way, but often the order does not match their current location. Another challenge is the lack of documentation of the tours. Mehr Ruhe in das Tagesgesch\u00e4ft bringen Labore durch die Anwendung der Tourenplanungssoftware TransIT, die Abrufe v\u00f6llig automatisch behandelt. Die Kunden m\u00fcssen nicht mehr anrufen, sondern k\u00f6nnen die noch m\u00f6glichen Abrufe auf der Homepage des Labors einsehen und diese per Mausklick best\u00e4tigen. Die Software passt automatisch die Tour an und informiert den Fahrer in Echtzeit \u00fcber die TransIT App. Dadurch verbessert sich auch der Kundenservice, da die Abrufbest\u00e4tigung bis kurz vor der best\u00e4tigten Abholung m\u00f6glich ist. F\u00fcr den Fahrdienst entsteht kein zus\u00e4tzlicher Aufwand, da nur die Abrufe zugelassen werden, die tats\u00e4chlich funktionieren – sprich, wenn der Auftrag noch zur aktuellen Route passt. Ein zus\u00e4tzlicher Benefit: Die gefahrenen Touren werden automatisch genau dokumentiert, so dass auch die Abrechnung problemlos verl\u00e4uft.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
