Dabei sind zahlreiche Restriktionen einzuhalten, wie z. B. eingeschr\u00e4nkte Anfahrtszeiten, Kapazit\u00e4ten, Vorrangbeziehungen etc.<\/p><p>Innerhalb der Tourenplanung werden die strategische (langfristige), die taktische (operative), die robuste\/dynamische und manuelle Tourenplanung unterschieden. Die strategische Tourenplanung bezieht sich auf regelm\u00e4\u00dfige Touren mit festen, unver\u00e4nderlichen, langfristig planbaren Fahrpl\u00e4nen. Ziele sind u.a. die Reduzierung des t\u00e4glichen Planungsaufwandes, die Zusage von festen Lieferzeiten, das Outsourcing von festen Touren, die Gebietsplanung oder die Standortoptimierung.<\/p><p>Bei der taktischen Tourenplanung wird versucht, eine Art Tourenger\u00fcst f\u00fcr einen l\u00e4ngeren Zeitraum zu bestimmen, w\u00e4hrend bei der operativen Tourenplanung bzw.
