deli carte GmbH is a modern, owner-managed commercial kitchen based in Kempen in the Lower Rhine region. Every day, the company produces fresh meals for a wide range of customer groups \u2013 from private households and industrial companies to retirement homes, workshops, schools and municipal institutions.
Food safety, compliance with strict hygiene guidelines, sustainability and ensuring the cold chain are key priorities. Reliable and flexible route planning that also calculates cost-optimised routes and increases sustainability is therefore critical to business.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Initial situation: Paid a lot, used little.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Before the change, deli carte worked with a well-known route planning solution. However, this solution was becoming increasingly unsuitable for the actual requirements.<\/p>

\u2018Our previous software was not tailored to our actual needs, even though we opted for a product that had been on the market for many years and was used by many similar companies. We never used many of the functions, which were unnecessary for us,\u2019 explains J\u00fcrgen Niewiesk, Head of Fleet Management at deli carte.<\/p>

In addition, numerous processes had to be carried out manually, which today run automatically via interfaces. This led to increased planning effort and made it difficult to train new employees. Support was also unsatisfactory and often associated with delays.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\u2018After the TransIT presentation, we had the distinct impression that our requirements would be met much more effectively. Even during the presentation phase, our data was presented using TransIT and the optimisation was simulated. Expert advice and rapid, personalised support during the implementation phase were particularly important to us,\u2019 explains J\u00fcrgen Niewiesk.<\/p>

The transition to TransIT was structured and smooth. Adjustments were implemented quickly and individual requirements were taken into account.<\/p>

\u2018The collaboration was very solution-oriented. Appointments could be arranged easily, and adjustments were made promptly,\u2019 says J\u00fcrgen Niewiesk.<\/p>

New users could be trained within a short period of time \u2013 significantly faster than before.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
