The tour has been planned in TransIT and is ready to be driven. But what is the most efficient way to get it to the driver?<\/p>

It is sent to the driver via the telematics system. There are two possibilities here: Firstly, TransIT offers standard interfaces to many common ERP and telematics systems. Secondly, the tour can also be sent from TransIT to the driver via the TransIT Mobile App<\/strong>.<\/p>

The TransIT Mobile App is compatible with every Android smartphone - the planned tour therefore lands directly on the driver's smartphone. The optimal coordination between the app and TransIT benefits both the driver and the tour planner. While the driver is on the road, the data is recorded via GPS and can be viewed by the tour planner via TransIT. This records where the driver is at the moment, how the planned tour is going and whether there are any delays.<\/p>

In the next step, the recorded GPS data is used for evaluation in TransIT. Here, for example, the estimated time of arrival can be determined. The customer can be informed of this with an automatic message.<\/p>

Target-performance comparisons of the GPS data show how the tour was planned and how the driver actually drove it. From this, it can be determined whether there is potential for optimisation in the planned tour.<\/p>

Tour speeds and holding times show when and how long the driver has stopped. Unintentional pauses or holding times that are too long can be optimally checked here.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

The driver informs the tour planner about the status of the orders on his tour. The tour planner receives feedback as to whether an order is open or has been successfully completed. If complications arise and an order cannot be completed, the tour planner is thus automatically informed.<\/p>
