It is sent to the driver via the telematics system. With the ‘TransIT Mobile’ telematics system, both drivers and dispatchers retain control of the entire process. With the help of the app, the drivers receive all relevant information in real time, directly on their mobile device, while the dispatcher always keeps an eye on the progress of the tour in order to be able to react flexibly to changes.

Navigation.

The driver receives a stop list on the TransIT Mobile App with all addresses to be visted. These can be visted conveniently and compatibly via Google Navigation.

Vehicle localisation via GPS data.

With the GPS function of our telematics system, you can not only see the current location of the vehicle, but also where it should be according to the original route plan. This enables more precise monitoring and better decision-making when it comes to time forecasts and route adjustments.

The recorded GPS data enables the precise calculation of the estimated time of arrival (ETA). Of course, customers can be informed of this automatically.

By regularly comparing the app data with the planned tours, not only can the planning be sustainably improved, but in case of doubt, break times and stops on tours can also be checked.

Order status.

Drivers update the status of their orders directly in the app so that the dispatchers are always informed about the current status. They receive real-time feedback via the telematics system as to which orders have already been completed or are still open. In the event of problems that prevent the order from being completed, the dispatcher is notified immediately. This function not only enables precise tracking of the tour, but also provides a comprehensive overview if ongoing tours need to be rescheduled.

Text messages & photos.

For detailed order feedback and documentation, the drivers can take photos and send text messages to the dispatchers via the app. This can be used, for example, to document the correct delivery in the event of later complaints if a customer is not on site at the time of delivery.
